Estimated delivery time for each outfit is mentioned in the product details page. The maximum delivery time period is 7 to12 Days.

For all orders within India, we offer free shipping.

For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the website.

We use the most reliable courier services for our deliveries.

We would send you a tracking number and link for your courier with a shipping confirmation message/email so you can track your order.
Refund Policy
We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a refund, as applicable in your case. This will be processed within 12 business days after receiving of products as per our Terms & Conditions.

Any refund will be made in the original method of payment – Only in case of order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

If your purchase is eligible for a free return as explained above, the refund will also include the proportionate shipping cost.

Exchange Policy
Exchange can only take place if there is a quality issue in the product received or the product received is incorrect. The exchange can be reported maximum 3 days from the date of delivery.

After receiving the product, our team will process the exchange request according to their jurisdiction.

You can exchange the product with any other product of equal or higher value.

If the desired product is out of stock, a credit note will be issued valid for 3 months.

Parvah is not liable for damaged or lost goods during return shipment, so we recommend insured and trackable mail service.
Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping Address
We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our Maharashtra, India, Office.
You will receive a confirmation email/message as soon as we receive your order after you place it. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order.
We need 7 to 12 business days to prepare and ship your purchase. However, we can fulfil requests for early delivery.
Please include your complete shipping address, including the pin code, as well as a mobile number where you may be reached. This will enable us to deliver your order without incident.
